Accordingly, we establish the Topsun Code of Ethics based on our management philosophy and the spirit of Topsun members, making it the standard for conduct and value judgment that all executives and employees must uphold and follow.

Self-Judgment and Autonomous Action

Each executive and employee, representing the company to protect their own and the company’s honor, makes judgments and acts autonomously based on the following standards.

Is anyone unfairly gaining or suffering a loss?

Topsun employees must always point out and correct any violations of the Code of Ethics among one another. If uncertain about a judgment, they should promptly consult or report to their supervisor, the Ethics Committee, or the HR, Audit, or Legal departments.
