Separate ethical guidelines regarding the acceptance of money and gifts are established and enforced to ensure employees strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics.

Employees who comply with the Code of Ethics and contribute to ethical management will be rewarded, while those who violate the Code or ethical guidelines will be disciplined.

Employees should consult with the HR officer or Ethics Committee for advice if they have questions about interpreting or implementing the Code of Ethics or ethical guidelines.

In cases not covered or disputed in the Code or guidelines related to ethical management, the interpretation and decision of the Ethics Committee shall prevail.

The Code of Ethics, as the foundation of ethical management, takes precedence over other company regulations.
