Basic Ethics

  • Each employee represents Topsun with pride and confidence, always maintaining their honor through neat appearance, polite behavior, and respectful language.
  • They perform their duties fairly and impartially, keep promises, and refrain from unethical behaviors such as lying, making excuses, or speaking ill of others.

Fulfillment of Mission

  • Employees must share the company’s goals and values and diligently carry out their assigned duties according to management policies.
  • They perform their tasks to the best of their abilities using proper methods, comply with all relevant laws, company regulations, and systems.
  • Employees clearly recognize their roles and responsibilities, make autonomous decisions within their authority, and take accountability for the outcomes.
  • They respect creative ideas and suggestions from colleagues and related departments, and confidently express and listen to opinions across all levels.

Fair Job Performance

  • All duties shall be performed honestly, fairly, and diligently, with continuous efforts to foster a sound and clean corporate culture.
  • Protect the company’s physical assets, intellectual property rights, and trade secrets, and never use company property for personal purposes.
  • Do not engage in any fraud, embezzlement, bribery, or other corrupt acts. When conflicts arise between company and personal interests, prioritize and act in the company’s best interest.
  • Refrain from unethical or illegal behaviors that could be condemned by society in both personal and professional life.
  • Do not submit false or exaggerated reports for the benefit of individuals or departments, nor conceal or monopolize critical information.

Mutual Respect Among Employees

  • Maintain basic workplace manners and refrain from speech or behavior that slanders or disparages colleagues.
  • Gifts between subordinates and supervisors or between departments are strictly prohibited.
  • All monetary transactions among employees are prohibited.
  • Do not form factions or discriminate based on academic background, gender, religion, blood relation, or region of origin.
  • Avoid any unfair solicitation among employees.

Prevention of Workplace Sexual Harassment

  • Sexual harassment in the workplace lowers morale and productivity, and damages the company’s image while exposing it to legal risks. Therefore, avoid any behavior that can be perceived as sexual harassment.

Information and Security Management

  • Do not disclose confidential company information, new business data, or other sensitive information without prior approval.
  • Assign responsible personnel to manage important documents and prevent unauthorized disclosure to external parties or individuals.
  • Do not use illegal software via the internet, PC communications, or other means.

Safety and Risk Prevention Management

  • All employees have the duty and responsibility to ensure workplace safety.
  • Make efforts to prevent accidents and immediately report and address any potential safety hazards.
    • In emergencies such as disasters, do everything possible to manage and resolve the situation.
  • Comply with safety-related laws and standards, and strictly follow safety rules under all circumstances.
